The Pear Tree

Can anyone provide any history for The Pear Tree at the corner of Frog Lane and Spring Garden? I believe some of my ancestors from the Jarvis and Sanders families lived there in the 1870s and 1880s. Any background would add to my family history. Thank you. JR

only recent . i played for the pear tree when they won the burtonwood rosebowl when frank fielding had it .
